Shipping policy

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES

Once you place an order, it’s sent to the lab closest to you for production.

Production time takes 2-10 business days. 

Shipping times vary by location, but typically your order will arrive within 2-10 days once it has been shipped from the lab.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves production and is on its way to you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Shipping is FREE Australia wide. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer FREE international shipping to the following countries: USA, the UK, New Zealand.  If you live outside of these countries and would like to place an order, please contact me for shipping rates.

I have partnered with Professional Labs in the USA, the UK and New Zealand, so your order will be sent to you from the lab closest to your location to save on shipping time, costs and reduce environmental impact.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). Susannah Tucker Prints is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@susannahtucker.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
